The Sindh Health Department invites applications from qualified and dedicated individuals (male/female) domiciled in Sindh Province to fill various positions on a contract basis under the Sindh Health Support Program (SHSP). Vacant Positions and Qualifications:
1. Provincial Cold Chain Engineer (1 Post)
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or DAE in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.
Experience: 3-5 years in relevant fields.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage equipment repair and maintenance.
Location: EPI PHQ Directorate.
2. Communication Officer (1 Post)
Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in communication strategy and digital platforms.
Skills: Expertise in content writing, social media, and MS Office.
Location: EPI PHQ Directorate.
3. Financial Management Officer (1 Post)
Qualification: Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or MBA (Finance).
Experience: 5 years in public/private finance roles.
Skills: Knowledge of financial reporting standards, accounting software, and MS Office.

4. Training Officer (1 Post)
Qualification: Postgraduate in Social Science, Public Health, or Project Management.
Experience: 5 years in program planning and training, especially in social development projects.

5. Vaccinators (BPS-6) (145 Posts)
Qualification: Matriculation; preference for certified vaccinators.
Age Limit: Should be 18 to 30 years (age relaxation as per rules).

Terms and Conditions:
1. Only shortlisted candidates meeting the criteria will be contacted.
2. 50% marks are necessary to pass the STS screening test.
3. Age relaxation is as per the Government of Sindh’s policy.
4. Applicants must attach domicile and resident certificates (district-specific for Vaccinators).
5. No TA/DA will be provided for tests or interviews.
6. Applications already employed in government services must go through the proper channel.
7. Recruitment quotas for women (15%), disabled (5%), and minorities (5%) will be observed.
Application Process:
1. Visit the Sindh Testing Service (STS) website at www.sts.org.pk to fill out the online form and download the application form.
2. Deposit the test fee in any designated bank branch and attach the original deposit slip with the application form.
3. Submit the application via post or courier to the STS office before the deadline. Hand-delivered applications will not be entertained.
